Rich, just wanted to let you know what a superb job your team did on my 247 year old basement in Fairfield, Connecticut. The house was built in 1764 when we were controlled by the British. I thought the house had a dirt floor until your team came in re-insulated the ceiling and power washed the walls and floor. Now I have a clean, dry concrete and stone floor. The basement looks fantastic!

Just a note to convey my thanks and appreciation to you and EnviroCare for a job well done. From the start, the EnviroCare team was efficient, effective and polite. As you know, I had to pack up and move out (temporarily), and I was very concerned that the chemical might harm furniture or the men might cause damage, but I came back to a sweet smelling, spotless (mold free) apt., with no damage, whatsoever, to furniture. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your company for such an incredible job performed on my home in New Rochelle. I believe in recognition, especially when the individuals involved are as courteous and professional as yourself and staff. During the several weeks of completing the mission at hand, your employees worked vigorously to complete the job while maintaining an extreme level of customer service. The craftsmanship in which the job was completed was masterful and precise. I truly appreciate the effort and talents of the hard working individuals who were given this assignment. Besides the immaculate work that was done, I must also mention that my two daughters knew some of the employees by name and one morning when there was a knock at my front door, my older daughter said "Oh that must be Chris or Louis." I thought that was funny and gave me confidence in knowing that not only was the job being done to perfection, but my family was comfortable with the staff who involved them and took the time to greet them when they were present. Everything was scheduled promptly and they went above and beyond the scope of work. Once I saw that they removed everything from the room and bagged it up neatly before starting the work all my anxiety's regarding Mold Remediation were gone. They cleaned up entire job site each day and I can not tell you how many Contractors I have seen leave a MESS BEHIND! Every one of your staff from Frank who showed up to give the estimate immediately to Marcy in the office who set up the appointment, confirmed dates and processed the documents. You also had someone Confirm for the second day of work. Very rarely does a firm follow up on everything they promise, do all that is asked of them and complete Work so promptly.
