CleanSpace Crawl Space Encalsulation System. A dirt crawl space under a house is a very bad idea. The earth has a very high humidity in the soil. This water vapor moves easily into the crawl space and upwards into the living environment. A damp environment is unhealthy and destructive. Mold will thrive and reproduce in such environments. Insect and critters love damp environments. Rot and decay occur in damp environments causing structural damage. Mold spores, odors, humidity, and critters create a very unhealthy environment for people. All of these factors come from your crawl space. Dirt crawl spaces do not have to be wet or flooded to be unhealthy. Heating and cooling costs are higher in a home with a vented dirt crawl space.

The CrawlSpace Encapsulation Program. Our trained installers remove wood and other debris from your crawl space. We then perform exclusionary work to exclude rodent activity, remove and replace old damp, infested insulation. A CleanSpace liner is then carefully cut and inserted to isolate the earth from your home. The liner is completely sealed over the floor and walls to create a bright, clean, attractive environment. To prevent further moisture from entering the crawl space, vent covers will be installed to save energy costs and facilitate a healthy home.
The CleanSpace Solution
The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier |

The CleanSpace® liner is used to isolate the home from the earth. The liner is a heavy 20 mil thick material. It is manufactured in 7 layers. The liner is tough enough for you to crawl on and even use as storage. The liner completely stops moisture penetration. |
Enviro-Dry® Dehumidification System |

In order to eliminate condensation and reduce humidity you need to take moisture out of the air. The Enviro-Dry® Dehumidification System will remove mold, allergens, and dust mites out of the air. |

CleanSpace® Vent Cover and Everlast® Crawl Space Door will seal your crawl space from the warm and cold climates outside. |
Smart Sump® Drainage System |

Most crawl spaces have moisture under the crawl space liner. The Smart Sump® will drain and pump out water. It has an air tight lid to keep bugs and moisture out. |
Enviro-Dry Air Systems. The Enviro-Dry Basement Air System is a powerful and effective dehumidifier. It will remove four times the amount of water a typical dehumidifier takes, yet uses the same amount of energy. A powerful blower draws the damp musty air in and moves the dry, clean air back out into the basement. The Enviro-Dry Crawl Space and Basement Air System will automatically drain the water so you never have to empty it. You can keep your home as dry as you want with just a twist of a knob. Dry air is less costly and easier to heat or cool.
